These terms and conditions regulate the Agreement between “you” the customer and Ribbon and Bow store (hereinafter referred to as “RABS”)

All goods which appear for sale on this herein web site (“the website”) are advertised as invitations to treat, and no offer of sale shall be implied.

By placing an order with RABS you are offering to purchase the goods detailed within that order, which RABS may or may not accept at their sole discretion.

You undertake that all of the details you provide for the purpose of purchasing or ordering goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the products you are purchasing.

If for any reason your credit card details are incorrect or there are not enough funds in the account or for any other reason the order cannot be processed, RABS will have right to rescind and upon their election to do so, the order will be cancelled.

If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform RABS as soon as possible.

RABS may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this website from time to time to review the up-to-date terms and conditions as they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on specific pages of the website. Ordering from us

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. You will be sent an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place at the point of dispatch to you. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or your order has been cancelled for any reason.

Regrettably, there may be some instances where we may have to refuse to accept an order:

(a) where goods are unavailable (although we will aim at all times to ensure the website is as up to date as possible concerning stock)

(b) where authorisation for your payment is unobtainable

(c) If there has been a product description or pricing error

Liability

We attempt to ensure that the website is kept up-to-date with accurate information. However, RABS assume no duty to update such information and cannot guarantee that it will be fault-free.

RABS does not accept liability (except as detailed below) for any errors in the presentation of items on the website and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of listed items and products at any time. RABS will, however, do its best to rectify any omissions as quickly as possibly upon notification.

RABS does not provide warranty that the web site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.

RABS will only be liable for loss (save in the case of personal injury or death in respect of which there is no limit) up to a maximum total amount of the price of the products purchased in respect of any claim.

Unfortunately, because of the nature of selling via the Internet and product variability, some product colours may vary slightly. Although we strive to portray images in the most realistic light, at times we are governed by the imagery available. Product imagery is sometimes presented in an aesthetic manner and may not necessarily be in exact conformance with the approved use of certain products.

Some products are made from natural materials such as wood and leather and may vary slightly from the colours portrayed on the website.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. Disputes arising in connection with the terms and conditions as detailed shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Discount Codes

At times, we may offer discount codes which may apply to any, or certain purchases made through this website. Each discount code will be subject to the terms & conditions specified at the time the discount code is issued. Only one discount code can be used against an order at any one time. A discount code cannot be applied after an order has been placed. RABS will notify you of any exclusions regarding the discount codes. Expired discount codes cannot be used. Discount codes which seize to be active due to technical errors or issues beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel it immediately or suspend it. Discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Discount codes can only be used by the recipient and must be kept confidential unless stated otherwise. If RABS feel that you are misusing the discount code, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the discount code and/ or your account without giving you notice.
