Here at Ribbon and Bow we are committed to ensure your special gift arrives in great condition.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to process all orders within 2 working days. We have different shipping options (applicable to U.K shipping). 

  • Evri – 5-7 working days £3.20
  • Royal Mail – 3-5 working days £3.99
  • DHL – 2-3 working days £7
  • Royal Mail Express delivery – Next working day (orders must be placed before 1pm Monday to Friday to qualify (excludes weekend delivery).
  • If you need the item urgently/ for collection please email us at hello@ribbonandbowstore.com and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request.

Can I get a gift sent directly to someone else?

Absolutely! All gifts can be sent directly to the person of your choice. Receipts and order confirmations are emailed to you, the sender. We make sure that this information is not sent with the gift.

How do I add my personal message for the notecard?

Notecards are included for free with every gift box, Once you select your notecard and add your gift to the cart you can add a personal message at the checkout page. Feel free to email us with your order number and personal message too.

Is the packaging included in the price?

Yes, each Ribbon and Bow gift is beautifully presented in our signature packaging. A keepsake white box, with shredded paper. Each box is tied with ribbon and dried florals. For branded options please contact us with your requests.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

When we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email followed by a dispatch email. This email will detail shipping information. If you have not received this email please check your junk folder first. For further help please contact us at hello@ribbonandbowstore.com

Can I receive the order on a specific date?

We know how important it is to receive an order on a specific date. If you need it for a certain date please contact us or leave a message in the notes section. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship internationally on request only. If you require international delivery please contact us before placing your order at hello@ribbonandbowstore.com We will review your request and let you know the best shipping options for your destination. 

Please note – we are unable to send matches outside of the U.K.

Do you offer custom gift boxes?

Of course! We’d love to help you create the perfect gift whatever the occasion. You can start your custom order by contacting us with some the details at hello@ribbonandbowstore.com

Do you offer corporate gift boxes?

Yes, we’d love to help you create a perfect gift for your clients, employees and customers. Whether big or small, get in contact with details at hello@ribbonandbowstore.com Let us know what you are after and we will work with you to create a great gift.

Can I order more than one Ribbon and Bow box?

Yes, you can add more than one box to your order. If you would like the boxes sent to different addresses, you’ll need to place these as separate orders.

Can I see the list of ingredients in the products before purchasing?

What is the size of the gift boxes?

Each Ribbon and Bow box measures:

Large box 400 x 300 x 110mm

Medium box 280 x 220 x 110mm

Small box 230 x 165 x 50mm

Don’t worry we will package the items in the suitable sized box. 

What’s your returns policy?

We hope that you are very satisfied with your Ribbon and Bow purchase. However if you are unhappy with it, email hello@ribbonandbowstore.com within 7 days of receiving the item and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Returned gifts must be in an unused condition in their original packaging.  Returns must be within 28 days of delivery.

Personalised items are of a custom made nature and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If you do wish to an item it is your responsibility to use a secure postage method.  For your own piece of mind, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a signed for service. You will be required to pay the return postage costs.

All returned items will be refunded as soon as we receive the returned parcel in the conditions stated above. Refunds will be for the amount of the items at the time of purchase and will not include a refund for the original delivery costs. If you were to cancel your order before it has been dispatched we will refund the cost of the item as well as the original delivery costs.
