How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to process all orders within 2 working days. Standard shipping takes between 3-5 working days. First class shipping takes between 2-3 working days. We use Royal Mail delivery service. If you need the item urgently please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what we can do.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is £3.99 flat rate or £9 for next day delivery. This applies to UK shipping addresses only.
Can I get a gift sent directly to someone else?
Absolutely! Ribbon and Bows gift boxes can be sent directly to the person of your choice. Receipts and order confirmations are emailed to you, the sender. We make sure that this information is not sent with the gift set. When making a purchase there is an option to add a greeting card or add a personal message. Just let us know what message you’ll like to add.
Is the packaging included in the price?
Yes, each Ribbon and Bow gift beautifully packaged in our signature packaging. All gift sets come in a gorgeous white box, laid in shredded white paper. Each box is wrapped in a signature bow and tagged specifically to the occasion.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
When we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email followed by a dispatch email. This email will detail shipping information. If you have not received this email please check your junk folder first. For further help please contact us at email@example.com
Can I receive the order on a specific date?
We know how important it is to receive an order on a specific date. If you need it for a certain date please contact us or leave a message in the notes section. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship internationally on request only. If you require international delivery please contact us before placing your order at firstname.lastname@example.org We will review your request and let you know the best shipping options for your destination.
Do you offer custom gift boxes?

Can I order more than one Ribbon and Bow box?
Yes, you can add more than one box to your order. If you would like the boxes sent to different addresses, you’ll need to place these as separate orders.

Each Ribbon and Bow box measures:
Deep snap shut box 280 x 220 x 110mm
Mini box with lid 230 x 165 x 50mm
What’s your returns policy?
We hope that you are very satisfied with your Ribbon and Bow purchase. However if you are unhappy with it, email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the item and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
Returned gifts must be in an unused condition in their original packaging. Returns must be within 28 days of delivery.
If you do wish to an item it is your responsibility to use a secure postage method. For your own piece of mind, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a signed for service. You will be required to pay the return postage costs.
All returned items will be refunded as soon as we receive the returned parcel in the conditions stated above. Refunds will be for the amount of the items at the time of purchase and will not include a refund for the original delivery costs. If you were to cancel your order before it has been dispatched we will refund the cost of the item as well as the original delivery costs.
